Bakarindi - Macadamia Satay
250gm Macadamia Satay
Ingredients: Roasted macadamias, macadamia oil, dark palm sugar, onion, fish sauce, ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, tumeric, tamarind paste, lemon juice, our Ringa Stinga Relish (tomato, habanero chilli,, vinegar) and lemon myrtle. Gluten Free
Our Macadamia Satay brings the Australian twist to an Asian classic using traditional Asian spices combining Australian bush foods. Use as a marinade with yoghurt, add to a stir fry and take a chicken and lettuce sandwich to a new high or simply add some yoghurt to Macadamia Satay and serve on the side of your favourite grilled or BBQ meat, our satay makes an awesome pizza base simply add 1 tbsp of oil to 1 2 tbsp of satay (enough to make it spread evenly) try adding green prawns, fetta cheese and baby spinach leaves. YUM!
